35 ft Alberg Pearson hull design with a 2ft teak bowsprit, sloop rig, 45ft mast, new outside mast roller furler main and 2 yr old roller furler jib, new mainstay and backstay, freshly painted algrip topside 2 yr ago (11 coats of barrier paint) and antifouling paint below water line, prop upgraded to 3 blade, 30" Edson helm wheel, Engine work includes newly rebuilt cylinder head, new timing belt, new fast glow plugs. Comes with 1 mainsail and 1 60% genoa sail (good condition) and 1 95% genoa sail (excellent condition), Dodger and bimini, GPS, radar, radio. New inflatable dingy with outboard motor negotiable.
