| Gorgeous example of this popular model. Mindy J has been maintained since new with an open checkbook by both her first and second owners. Her custom electrical system makes her equally at home cruising the USA or the Mediterranean and her electric extending pasarell adds to her boarding options. Mindy J is a great yacht and a terrific value. She is only available as her owners do not have the time to use her. Owners will consider quality, late model, "Express Style" trades around 40 feet. Salon: Upon entering the Salon from the Aft Deck through curved stainless steel double doors, you are immediately taken in by the interior elegance. The port side has a sectional seating arrangement and a chair. A low glass coffee table accents the center of the room. To starboard there is a custom bar with a magnificent starburst pattern. A U-line refrigerator/ice maker, a liquor locker and bar storage cabinet makes this a great place to entertain. Forward is built-in entertainment cabinet that houses a 42" TV that rises electronically from the rear of the cabinet. Forward the TV cabinet is another chair that offers balance to the salon area. Upholstered valances and pull down Duet type shades give the Salon a refined feel. Overhead is a Makore oval surrounded by eight halogen mini spots. Additional halogen mini spots throughout the Salon provide ample lighting. Fluted columns that separate the salon from the Dining Area are beautifully done in Makore (African cherry) wood. There is carpet throughout the Salon and Dining Areas. Dining Area: Forward of the Grand Salon separated by the fluted columns and a built-in buffet, is the Formal Dining Area. The dining table comfortably seats six and is stunning with the Makore starburst pattern. Aft of the table is a buffet with three cabinets and three drawers for accessories. An excellent example of the fine Lazzara craftsmanship found throughout the 80 SC is the curved front beveled glass china cabinets which offer interior lighting to display fine stemware and plates. They flank a specially lit art niche suitable for your finest painting. To ensure you have enough space for all of your elegant dinner parties, to starboard is another buffet with four drawers and four cabinets providing plenty of storage for additional dining accessories. The buffet serves as a divider for the stairs to the lower deck owner and guest accommodations. Galley: Forward the Formal Dining Area via a sliding pocket door is a large country kitchen style Galley. Immediately to port is a four door pantry with seven shelves within offering plenty of storage space. To starboard are the curved open tread steps to the Sky Lounge above. Also found starboard is the on deck Day Head with a Microphor toilet, marble floor, under mount china sink, marble countertop and a Makore curved bow front cabinet. This Powder Room has ample overhead lights, beveled glass mirrors, windows with pull down Duet shades, air conditioning via the crown molding and an exhaust fan. The walls are finished in a soft metallic gold. The centerpiece of the Galley is a center island that is equipped with an under mount stainless steel sink, single lever faucet with spray, Insta-hot water dispenser, cabinet storage below, Bosch stainless steel dishwasher and a gold Himalaya granite countertop. The galley offers all the amenities of home with full size appliances that includes: Kitchen Aid Superba double door stainless steel refrigerator with water and ice through the door, a Kitchen Aid Superba stainless steel oven/convection oven, a Kitchen Aid four burner ceramic cook top and a GE Spacemaker stainless steel microwave with work light and exhaust fan below, Kitchen Aid stainless steel trash compactor and two Sub Zero freezer draw. Storage is in three cabinets and three drawers below the gold Himalaya granite countertop. Forward the center island is a curved settee to seat six with matching gold Himalaya granite table top on two fluted column bases. Substantial top loading storage is just forward of the settee. A forward windshield invites light in and creates a warm and airy feeling. The Galley has a genuine bamboo plank sole and an inset ceiling detail above the island with hidden rope lighting. Overhead are 19 halogen mini spots, four AC vents and a Samsung 13" LCD TV. Forward to starboard is the companionway to the Captain's Quarters and Crew Area. Sky Lounge Salon: Curved steps from the Galley area lead to the fully enclosed Sky Lounge. The sole of the helm area is cherry and holly with a high gloss finish. To port is a raised curved cruising settee with storage below and a small pedestal table. The helm has a mounted Captains helm seat with sand colored leather upholstery. The center windshield and one panel each on the port and starboard side lowers electrically for a Cabriolet type effect. Thus the C in the SC. Fluted columns separate the Helm area and Sky Lounge. The sole of the Sky Lounge is carpeted. To starboard is a curved three to four person sofa with a Hide-A-Bed within. An upholstered ottoman with storage within lies in front of the sofa. To port is an occasional chair, a cabinet with a 34" Panasonic flat screen HDTV, a U-Line refrigerator with icemaker, three storage cabinets and three drawers. Overhead an inset area of the ceiling has rope lights and eight halogen mini spots on the perimeter. Aft is a curved stainless steel "Trend" double sliding door leading to the boat deck. Also, in the Sky Lounge is an AM/FM/CD DVD player and eleven overhead halogen mini spots. Custom dark out blinds over complete privacy if you have guests sleeping in this area of the yacht. Master Suite: Starboard of the Grand Salon is carpeted stairway leading down to the Master and Guest Suites. A curved two door cabinet offers artistic lighting for your special "piece" to be displayed. Across from the cabinet are two full size closets; one is for your linens and the other is one of two on board Bosch washer/dryer sets. The full beam Master Suite is brilliantly decorated as is the rest of Mindy J. A king size center-lined bed has a solid wood base that offers five large storage drawers beneath. The frame of the bed again shows off the craftsmanship of Lazzara's woodworking capabilities. A twisted rope molding is above the drawers and the corners are fluted to keep with the continuity of the rest of the vessel. The bed has rope lighting in the toe kick that illuminates the area. Nightstands are on either side of the bed. Between the lamps there is a custom upholstered headboard and a large beveled mirror above. The overhead has a curved wood crown molding with both rope lights and mini halogen spots as reading lights above. Overhead is a mirrored panel with eight halogen mini spots in the surrounding molding. To starboard aft is a chest of drawers with three open shelves above for decorative items or books. There is additional drawer space and two open shelves above the bureau. Forward is a desk/vanity and chair. A walk-in closet provides built-in drawers and shelves, shoe racks and hanging space. To the rear of the closet is another lockable storage space that allows for luggage storage without taking space from the closet. A full size mirror is hung on the interior door. A manual safe is hidden in the closet for personal items or cash. Ports are matching bureaus with open shelves. Between the two bureaus is a two-person settee with additional storage under cushion seat. Both port and starboard are fixed panoramic oval port lights that have sliding Shoji screens. On the forward bulkhead is a mounted 42" Plasma TV. En-Suite Master Head: The Makore (cherry wood) full width vanity cabinet is curved at the front and has under-mounted his/her sinks and a crema marfil countertop with waterfall edge. All the fixtures are in gold and chrome finishes. Above are five mirrored panels with two being large medicine cabinets. The enclosed full size Jacuzzi bathtub offers dual shower heads, one fixed and one hand held. Marble tub surround and walls add the richness of this inviting Jacuzzi tub. The toilet is a Microphor model. Adjacent is a mirrored door that is the linen closet. The Head's lighting is from overhead halogen mini spots. The Head also has an exhaust fan. VIP Stateroom Amidships Port: Utilizing half the beam of the yacht to its best advantage, the queen berth in the Port VIP Guest Stateroom is athwartships and walk-around on three sides. The Makore wood base has four large drawers for storage. Toe rope lighting, twisted rope trim and fluted corners complete the base. Above the upholstered headboard is an inset mirrored area with a two door cabinet fore and aft. In the aft cabinet is a JVC AM/FM/CD player. Above are two opening stainless steel portholes, an upholstered valance with rope lighting above, Duet shades and reading lights. At the foot of the berth in the forward corner is a curved corner cabinet with two doors below, two open shelves and a Samsung 13" LCD TV above. Also in this stateroom is high gloss cherry wainscoting, seven overhead mini spots and silk wall coverings.
